Connected third parties:

Greenhouse  Greenhouse, our ATS (applicant tracking system), is software that manages the recruiting and hiring process, including job postings and job applications. Consent is mandatory to apply for our position, and the data is stored for two years, by default, except if you decide to delete your data before.

Hubspot (CRM, CMS, Mailing)
SESAMm needs your contact information to contact you about our products and services. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time with the “manage subscription option” in each of our mailings.
Email marketing is only sent to contacts with a legal basis to communicate, which is mandatory on each of our forms on the website.

UserGuiding (User Onboarding)
UserGuiding is our user onboarding tool, providing in-app tours and announcements to our users. Some user data (name, email) is sent to UserGuiding to help show more targeted and relevant content. Amplitude
Amplitude is our tool for analytics and user behavior insights. Some user data (user names, emails, and company names) is sent to Amplitude to create detailed user profiles, enabling us to understand and segment our user base more effectively. This segmentation is instrumental in customizing our product to suit the specific needs of different businesses.
